My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, near Gulf Shores and within walking distance of downtown hotspots. The rooms, however, were completely unacceptable, with a full-size bed and no air conditioning. The service was a mix of rude encounters and pleasant helpfulness. The dining experience was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
